We're Hiring: International Trade Agent (B2B)

Location: Rzeszów, Poland (Hybrid)
Contract Type: B2B | Full-Time | Flexible Hours

Are you ready to take your sales career global?
We’re looking for a proactive and driven International Trade Agent to join our growing international sales team. If you thrive in cross-border business and know how to build strong client relationships, we’d love to meet you.



What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage relationships with international clients

Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts

Monitor foreign markets and spot new opportunities

Coordinate orders and deliveries with internal teams

Participate in trade fairs and client meetings (optional)

Report activities and results in CRM systems


What We Expect:

Experience in international trade is not required, B2B sales is enough - rest we will teach you

Strong English skills (B2+ level); french language min B1 are required

Experience working with foreign clients and negotiating contracts

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Self-motivation and ability to work independently

Familiarity with export/import procedures is a bonus
