- Full Project Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from the conceptual phase, through design, permitting, construction, to final inspections and handover.
- Investor Representation: Acting as the primary point of contact and representing the Investors interests at all project stages, including interactions with public authorities, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Supervision and Coordination: Closely cooperating with and supervising the work of the general contractor, design teams, site inspectors, and other subcontractors.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Developing, monitoring, and controlling the project budget and timeline. Identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to mitigate deviations.
- Quality Control: Ensuring the highest quality of construction and finishing works, in accordance with technical specifications and the Investors standards.
- Documentation Management: Maintaining and archiving all project documentation, including contracts, permits, protocols, and reports.
- Reporting: Providing regular and detailed progress reports to the Investors Management Board.
- Technology Incubator Specifics: Ensuring the project design and execution meet the specific needs of future tenants - startups and tech companies - including advanced IT infrastructure, flexible office and laboratory spaces, and collaborative co-working areas.

WYMAGANIA:

Requirements

- Education: A university degree in a technical field is required. Preferred fields of study include Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in independently managing construction projects, including at least one project over 10,000 m² completed from start to finish. Experience working on the Investors side will be a key advantage.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in delivering high-tech office, commercial, or industrial buildings. Experience with projects such as data centers, laboratories, or smart buildings will be a significant asset.
